广东省农村党支部设置多种多样,区域性特点明显。在新农村建设视域下,牢固树立系统理念和效能理念,逐步构建广东省农村基层党组织"横向到边、纵向到底、动静结合、突出特色、城乡一体、整体协调"的网络化新模式,以扩大党组织在农村覆盖面,增强生机活力,强化核心作用。

The author argues that the considerable progress has been made in the setting mode of CPC branches in Guangdong village, but it is obsessed by the problem of innovation too. Therefore, a new kind of network mode featured with crossbar interleaving, dynamic static integrated, highlighting characteristics, urban-rural integrated and whole coordination is encouraged in an attempt to take full advantages of the Party in the countryside.
