跌打七厘片的鉴别及含量测定方法改进

Improvement of identification and determination of content in Diedaqili Tablets

目的对跌打七厘片质量标准中三七的鉴别及血竭素的含量测定方法进行改进。方法完善三七鉴别反应的样品处理方法及层析条件;改变含量测定中血竭素的样品处理方法。结果改进后的鉴别方法斑点清晰,分离度好;含量测定方法重现性好,准确度高。结论改进后的方法灵敏、准确,适合跌打七厘片的质量控制。

Objective To improve the identification for Notoginseng radix et rhizoma and determination of dracorhodin both in the quality standard of Diedaqili Tablets.Methods The sampling pre-treatment and condition of chromatography for identification of Notoginseng radix et rhizome were improved,and the sampling pre-treatment for determination of dracorhodin was modified.Results The TLC spots were fairy clear and separated well;determination method was reliable and accurate.Conclusion The improved method is more sensitive and more accurate,and it is suitable for the quality control of Diedaqili Tablets.
