摘要
通过对带盖环式焙烧炉选择最佳炭块焙烧曲线,加强焙烧炉的调温和负压控制,增加焙烧炉炉盖保温层及做好炉盖与炉体的密封,改造原有环式焙烧炉炉室的料箱结构以扩大炉室装炉量等节能工艺技术的实施,有效降低了焙烧制品的能源单耗,增加了企业效益。
Some energy-saving technology solutions that include determinating the optimum baking curve of car bon blocks, strengthening the operation of the thermostat and the negative pressure control, adding thermal insulation layer for the lid and sealing for the furnace lid and body, renovating the structure of the original ring baking furnace chamber were carried out. The practices resulted that the energy consumption per unit of the baked products was effectively reduced, which could increase the enterprise efficiency.
