TNF-AIP8在慢性胰腺炎中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨TNF-AIP8与慢性胰腺炎发生发展的相关性。方法:通过免疫组化的分析方法 ,检测30例慢性胰腺炎组织和10例正常胰腺组织中TNF-AIP8的表达情况,比较两组表达的差异性。结果:慢性胰腺炎组织中TNF-AIP8的表达量明显高于正常胰腺组织的表达,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-AIP8参与慢性胰腺炎的发生及发展,可能是慢性胰腺炎病情进展的一个危险因素。 Objective： To observe the effect of TNF-AIP8 in the progress of chronic pancreatitis.Methods： Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the TNFAIP8 protein in chronic pancreatitis and health controls.Results： The results showed that a stronger staining of TNFAIP8 protein was detected in chronic pancreatitis tissues compared with normal pancreas tissue.Conclusion： These results indicate that TNFAIP8 may play a important roles in the progression of chronic pancreatitis.
