准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术矫正高度近视散光

Correction of high myopic astigmatism with laser in situ keratomileusis

目的 探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术矫治高度近视散光的有效性和预测性。方法 采用 L ASIK,对 38例 (5 4只眼 )高度近视散光患者进行治疗。结果 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗高度近视散光具有较好的准确性及预测性 ,但矫治存在其自身特点。结论 改进激光治疗程序、设计合理的矫治量、以及提高手术技巧 。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and predictability of LASIK for correcting high myopic astigmatism.Method Fifty four eyes of 38 high myopic astigmatism patients had been corrected with LASIK and observed for 6 months.Result LASIK appears to be a more accurate and predictable treatment for high myopia astigmatism.Conclusion To improve the skill of the operation, and ameliorate the procedure of the remedy can increase its accuracy and predictability.
