根据方大特钢高线车间钢坯加热氧化烧损的程度,分析了氧化烧损的主要影响因素,并针对各项影响因素采取了相应的措施。通过对现场控制加热制度等来降低氧化烧损,减少金属损失,从而提高轧材成材率。
