摘要
大用户直购电是电力工业改革的主要内容之一。如何合理分摊相关的输配电成本是确保大用户直购电交易顺利进行的关键因素之一。首先讨论了现有大用户直购电交易模式,在此基础上针对"部分电量直购"的多对多交易模式,提出了采用合作博弈理论和Shapley值对输配电固定成本、网络损耗和网络阻塞成本进行分摊的方法。最后以与大用户直购电相关的输配电系统固定成本分摊为例,说明了所提出的方法的基本特征。
Direct trading between generation companies and large consumers plays a key role in electricity market envi- ronment. A significant issue associated with this kind of trading is how to properly allocate the transmission and distri- bution costs concerned. The existing trading modes for direct trading between generation companies and large consumers are first discussed. Then, the cooperative game theory and Shapley value are employed for allocating the fixed costs, network loss costs as well as network congestion costs for direct trading between generation companies and large con- sumers with the "partial quantity transaction" mode. Finally, a numerical example of the fixed cost allocation is served for demonstrating the presented method.
