摘要
介绍了脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE的制备方法,包括合成路线和催化剂选择,产品合成过程。表征了FMEE产品性质,结果表明,FMEE产品属低张力非离子表面活性剂,耐硬水性能、分散性、净洗性、低温流动性及生物降解性能都较好。综述了FMEE产品的应用,可用于日化领域的餐具洗涤剂和洗衣液,农药乳化剂、石油工业中降滤失剂及在造纸、煤碳浮选、硬表面清洗、纺织印染等领域应用。
The methods to prepare fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates (FMEE)were introduced in the pa per,which included synthesis route and steps, the selection of catalyst. FMEE was also characterized in this paper. The results showed that FMEE had a low surface tension, excellent hard water resistance and dispers ibility, low temperature fluidity and bio degradable performance. The application of FMEE was reviewed. FMEE could be used in the field of daily and laundry detergent, pesticide emulsifier, filtrate loss reducer in oil industry , paper making, coal flotation, hard surface cleaning, dyeing and finishing.
