国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)标准是国际上公认的先进医疗服务标准,其对医疗机构各方面的管理均有涉及,是国际JCI认证的参照标准。通过对JCI标准与国内医疗机构管理标准在管理制度、患者服务、医疗安全、员工要求等方面的对比分析,为医疗机构顺利通过JCI评审提出合理化建议。

The survey standard of Joint Commission International （JCI） is an advanced and internationally recognized meth- od for hospital management. The JCI standard covers all parts of hospital management. This study compares JCI standards with hospital management standards in management system, patient services, medical safety and staff management and further finds out the main differences between the two standards to promote reasonable suggestions for JCI accreditation.
