摘要
通过对置换通风工作区温度场变化规律分析表明:热源点位置不同,温度曲线呈现区域性变化特征且随高度变化具有非线性分布规律。依据上述分析结论,结合天津地区某电子厂房热源特点,提出了热源局部控制空调方案。采用478m3/h,716m3/h,954m3/h 3种风量方案对不同强度热源控制点进行了试验测试,并选取热源点及上方1.1m,1.5m,2.0m 3处空间高度进行温度测试,测试分析结果表明:(1)送风量对温度场产生显著影响是重要的影响因子;(2)热源点散热强度与冷吊顶也会对温度场产生明显影响,但不同空间区域影响程度存在较大差异,因此综合考虑上述因素选取送风量对热源进行局部控制将更具合理性。
By analyzing for changing law of temperature curve of displacement ventilation,the analysis results show that due to location difference,the change law of temperature curve of displacement ventilation is nonlinear with space and high changing.Based on the above results and combined with an electronic room in Tianjin,the local heat resource control scheme was put forward.The three test scheme were taken by 478m3/h,716m3/h,954m3/h and the temperature points were taken in 1.1m,1.5m,2.0m.The test analysis shows:(1)air flow is a key factor for temperature curve,(2)heat resource power and cooling condole top are two factors,but they are different in degree for temperature curve.So,based on comprehensive consideration,the local control scheme is reasonable.
