派丽奥-布洛芬缓释凝胶应用于牙周炎治疗的临床分析

Clinical analysis of periocline-ibuprofen sustained release gel treatment for periodontitis

目的探讨派丽奥-布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗牙周炎的临床应用价值。方法将2010年4月-2012年8月我科诊治的80例牙周炎患者随机分成2组,对照组40例,采用派丽奥牙科用软膏治疗;实验组40例,采用派丽奥-布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗。观察和比较两组的近期疗效、牙龈红肿情况以及炎症因子指标水平的变化情况。结果实验组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周袋深度、牙齿松动度、牙周附着丧失指标水平均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后的白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论派丽奥-布洛芬缓释凝胶治疗牙周炎能更好地控制牙龈炎症血肿,降低牙周袋深度,提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of periocline-ibuprofen sustained release gel treatment for periodontitis.Methods 80 cases of periodontitis patients admitted to hospital from August 2010 to April 2012 were randomly divided into two groups：control group（n=40）was given minocycline hydrochloride ointment,and treatment group（n=40）was given periocline-ibuprofen sustained release gel.The clinical efficacy,changes of swollen gums and inflammation factor levels in 2 groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P0.05）;the levels of plaque index,gingival index,sulcus bleeding index,probing depth,toothmobility,and attachmentloss in treatment group after treatment were significantly less than those of control group（P0.05）;the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-8,and tumor necrosis factor-α in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application of periocline-ibuprofen sustained release gel treatment for periodontitis can control gingival inflammation,reduce probing depth,and improve clinical efficiency.
