摘要 探讨了心肺复苏 (CPR)早期应用大剂量肾上腺素 (HDE)对动脉压及临床效果的影响。将6 2例心跳骤停 (CA)患者根据 HDE用法分为早期组和非早期组进行抢救 ,于肾上腺素 (E)首剂量后对两组各 5例患者行动脉压测定。结果显示 ,CPR成功率、出院存活率、主动脉舒张压和收缩压早期组明显高于非早期组 (P<0 .0 1、 P<0 .0 5)。证明早期应用 HDE具有临床价值。 The influence of high dose epinephrine(HDE) to artery pressure(AP) and curative effects during the early stage of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) was explored.According to epinephrindose in CPR,62 patients with cardiac arrest were divided into early stage group and later stage group.Femoral artery pressure (AP) of 5 patients in each groups were measured after the first administration of epinephrine.Result showed that the rates of CPR successful and of survival out of hospital,the AP diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of early stage group were higher than those of later group (P<0 01,P<0 05) This suggests it is effective to use HDE in early stage of CPR.
