以河南师范大学体育学院运动人体科学专业导师制建设为个案,对本科生导师制实施现状进行调查,分析导师制实施的条件、成效及实施过程中存在的问题,寻找运动人体科学专业导师制建设的影响因素及有效途径,为本专业建设及人才的培养提出合理化建议.

Through research on the construction of human sports science tutorial in sport college of Henan normal university and investigate the implementation, analysis the condition, the effect to undergraduate students and the existing problems. Try to find the influent factors and the effective ways in the process of implementation of human sports science tutorial system, so provide the reasonable reference for correct education.
