万密斋调经学术思想探析

Study on the academic thought of WAN Mi-zhai’s regulating menstruation

万密斋从月经病的病因病机、治则治法、具体病症的调治等方面进行的系统论述为后世医家所推崇。他认为经水按期而至、到期而止,如潮汐之应期,为成熟女子正常的生理征候,不可妄投调经之剂;若经水不及期而经先行、过期而经后行、一月而经再行、数月而经一行、经闭不行,或崩或漏,此皆失其常候,应及时调治,并指出调经之要在于根据患者体质、性情,以理气补心脾为核心,以调理阴阳平衡、血气和畅为原则,审因辨证,对证施治。

WAN Mi-zhai was highly praised by later doctors,for the reason that he made a systematic study about the pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods,and the treatment according to specific diseases about menopathy.He thought that the menstrual-cycle was the normal physiological phenomena which need not to be treated.But the menstrual disorders such as premenstrua,delayed menorrhea,amenorrhea,uterine bleeding,should be promptly regulated and treated.And he pointed out that the vital thing of menstrual regulation is to focus on qi regulation and heart and spleen supplement according to the constitution and temper of the patients.And he also pointed ou that we should abide the principle of keeping the balance of Yin and Yang,and keeping harmony of qi and blood,and syndrome differentiation according to pathological conditions attributable to different kinds of causal factors for making diagnosis.
