活血化瘀利水中药复方治疗颈动脉粥样硬化的临床研究

On Compound Herbs of Promoting Circulation to Remove Blood Stasis and Inducing Diuresis for Carotid Atherosclerosis

目的:观察活血化瘀利水中药复方对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法:60例入选患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组予口服阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服活血化瘀利水中药复方,疗程为3个月;观察两组治疗前后血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)、颈动脉斑块数量及积分、血脂的变化。结果:两组治疗后血脂、TXB2、6-K-PGF1α、颈动脉粥样硬化斑块数量及积分改善情况均较治疗前改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善程度更明显。结论:活血化瘀利水中药复方能有效干预颈动脉粥样硬化患者病情,值得临床进一步研究。

Objective：To observe the effect of compound herbs of promoting circulation to remove blood stasis and inducing diuresis for carotid atherosclerosis. Methods：60 cases selected were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 for each, and the medication lasted for 3 months. Atorvastatin for oral use was given to the control group. Apart from the basic treatment of atorvastatin, compound herbs of promoting circulation to remove blood stasis and inducing diuresis were added to the treatment group. Before and after the treatment in both groups, thromboxane B2 （TXB2）, 6-ketone-prostaglandin F1a（6-K-PGF1a）,Crouse score and amount of carotid plaque, as well as blood lipid were observed. Results：After the treatment, Crouse score and amount of carotid plaque, blood lipid, TXB2 and 6-K- PGF1a were greatly improved in both groups （P 〈0.01）, especially in the treatment group. Conclusion：Compound herbs of promoting circulation to remove blood stasis and inducing diuresis can significantly improve carotid atherosclerosis, and further researches will be needed in the future.
