Design and Implementation of Video Monitoring System Based on Android

摘要 视频编码技术是无线视频监控技术的关键.提出了一种基于Andorid系统平台的视频压缩优化编码的设计.介绍了Android系统及其上的应用开发,阐述了传统H.264编码模式选择的思想,重点描述了模式选择的优化方法.利用Android平台结合DSP芯片实现H.264编码,通过测试对比,优化编码在保真的情况下,一定程度上提高了算法的运算速度. Video coding technology is the key of wireless video monitoring technology. This paper presents a system that it based on the video compression Andorid platform optimization design oftbe code.It Introduce the Android system and its application development. Moreover, this paper expounds the traditional H. 264 coding modes selection thought, and the authors describe the modes selection optimization method. Use Android platform combined with DSP chip realize H. 264 coding, Through contrast test, optimizing code in the fidelity and, to some extent, improve the speed of the algorithm.
