摘要
Two new norditerpenoid alkaloids, orthocentrine (1) and deacetylswinanine A (2), together with a known alkaloid, swinanine A (3), were isolated from the whole plants of Delphinium orthocentrum Franch. The structures of the new alkaloids (1 and 2) were elucidated as 7,10_dihydroxy_8,14,16_trimethoxy_19,20_didehydro_aconitane (7β,8β,14α,16β) (1) and 20_ethyl_2,3_didehydro_6,10_dihydroxy_7,8_methylenedioxy_1,14,16_trimethoxy_aconitane (1α,6β,14α,16β) (2) by spectroscopic evidence and chemical transformation.
从直距翠雀花 (DelphiniumorthocentrumFranch .)全草的甲醇提取物中分离得到 3个降二萜生物碱 ,通过NMR、MS等波谱分析将其结构鉴定为 7,10_二羟基_8,14,16_三甲氧基_19,2 0_二去氢乌头烷 (7β,8β ,14α ,16 β) (1)、2 0_乙基_2 ,3_二去氢_6 ,10_二羟基_7,8_二氧亚甲基_1,14,16_三甲氧基乌头烷 (1α,6 β,14α,16 β) (2 )和翼北翠雀碱甲(swinanineA) (3)。 1和 2为新化合物 ,分别命名为直距翠雀碱 (orthocentrine)和去乙酰翼北翠雀碱甲 (deacetyl swinanineA)。
