摘要
利用Pro/E软件对直线振动筛底梁进行三维建模,对常用的圆梁和方梁2种底梁进行比较研究,再用Ansys Workbench软件对所选用底梁进行静力学和动力学分析,从而为设计高质量振动筛提供一定的理论依据。
A three-dimensional model was carried out for the crossbeam of linear vibration screener by using Pro/E soft.Comparative studying the circular beam and square beam, deciding which is the best for the large-size linear vibration screener. And the statics and dynamic analysis to the crossbeam by using Ansys Workbench soft, it offered the theory reference for the design of linear vibration screener with high quality in a way.
