摘要
本文系以丁基橡胶为代表的聚异丁烯类弹性体合成技术新进展系列性述评的第1部分。近二三十年来,传统淤浆法聚合工艺取得了长足发展,而可控性碳正离子聚合技术的进步也为开拓此类弹性体领域创造了条件。评述了传统淤浆法聚合工艺在稳定聚合物淤浆、改进聚合釜传热状况、延长连续聚合运转周期以及应用新型氟烃类稀释剂方面取得的技术进展。
This paper was first part of overview about the advanced synthesis technology of poly- isobutylene-based elastomers which contained butyl rubber, star-branched and block copolymers. Over the last 2 -3 decades there were a great progress in the conventional slurry polymerization process, and most importantly, process and products based on the controlled or living polymerization of isobutylene would open new chance for these irreplaceable poly- mers. Some important progress in the eonventionalslurry polymerization process was discussed with 14 references, including the stabilization of polymer slurry, the improvement of heat transfer capability in a conventional .reactor and a new polymerization process and its corresponding reactors using hydrofluorocarbons as diluent.
