道德分配概念评析

Review on Concept of Moral Distribution

国内学术界在关于国民收入分配的研究中,一些学者把"第三次分配"或"第四次分配",分别称为"道德分配"、"伦理分配"或"反社会的‘第四次分配’"。但是,从国民收入分配体系的角度看,道德分配中的一些具体形式,分别属于初次分配和再分配的环节;从道德概念的本义看,只有公平的分配才是合乎道德的。在商品经济或市场经济条件下,只有等价交换的分配活动才配称为道德分配。

In the national income distribution study of the domestic academic circles,″the Third Distribution″ and ″the Fourth Distribution″ are respectively referred to as ″Moral Distribution″ or ″Ethical Distribution″ and ″the Antisocial Fourth Distribution″ by some scholars.However,from the view of the system of national income distribution,the specific forms of Moral Distribution belong to the segments of initial distribution and redistribution.In the essence of morality,only fair distribution is moral.In condition of merchant economy or market economy,the distribution according to the principle of equivalent exchange should be viewed as Moral Distribution.
