摘要 环糊精独特的中空圆台分子结构具有良好分子识别能力,基于环糊精的分子印迹聚合物能进一步提高其选择性识别能力。分别介绍了环糊精的分子结构与衍生化及分子印迹技术,综述了基于环糊精的分子印迹聚合物的制备方法和应用进展,并展望了环糊精作为一种新颖的功能单体在选择性分子识别领域中的应用前景。 Cyclodextrin has a unique hollow truncated cone structure with good molecular recognition. The selective recog- nition ability could be further improved by cyclodextrin mo- lecularly imprinted polymer. In this work, the molecular struc- ture and derivatization of cyclodextrin and molecularly imprin- ted technique were introduced. The preparation and applica- tion of molecularly imprinted polymers based on cyclodextrin were reviewed. Finally,the novel cyclodextrin functional mon- omers were prospected in the field of selective molecular rec- ognition.
