子囊霉素产生菌营养生物合成和化学合成限定培养基的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立新型免疫抑制剂子囊霉素产生菌吸水链霉菌FAC0329的化学合成限定培养基,为进一步研究子囊霉素产生菌的营养生物合成奠定基础。方法分别试验不同浓度的20种碳源,19种氨基酸和7种无机盐对子囊霉素产生菌FAC0329生长和子囊霉素生物合成的影响,应用建立的子囊霉素合成培养基研究了子囊霉素、FK506和雷帕霉素三个结构类似物的生物合成,表明该培养基的专一性。结果与结论研究了子囊霉素的营养生物合成,首次建立了适合子囊霉素产生菌的专一化学合成限定培养基,为进一步研究子囊霉素的生物合成,提高发酵生物效价提供必要条件。 Objective To establish a chemical defined medium for ascomycin, a new containing nitrogen immunosuppressant, produced by Streptomyces hygroscopicus var. ascomyceticus FAC0329. Methods Effects of various concentrations of 20 carbon sources, 19 amino acids and 7 inorganic salts on the producing strain were tested. Compared with FK506 and rapamycin, the established chemical defined medium was special for ascomycin producing strain. Results and conclusion Established a chemical defined medium of ascomycin that had never been reported yet. The established medium was suitable and special for FAC0329, giving an insight into further research on ascomycin biosynthesis and fermentation.
