军医大学全面建设现代后勤的思考与实践

Construction of Modern Logistics in the Military Medical University

按照主题主线重大战略思想的要求,全军各级后勤正在深入推进全面建设现代后勤工作,本文从军医大学的角度出发,重点对落实全面建设现代后勤进行辨析。文章着重在全面建设现代后勤的重大意义、学校后勤发展形势特点、学校后勤发展的探索实践等方面进行论述,查找自身特点规律,研究探索对策措施,提出有效意见建议。同时,结合对存在问题的分析,通过理论联系实际,强化全面建设现代后勤的实践性特点;认为要充分利用学校转型发展的良机,建设具有院校特色的后勤管理模式,实现军医大学全面建设现代后勤的目标。

According to the requirements of the main theme and line of military development strategy, the work of construction of modem logistics has been pushed forward in the army logistics. From the angle of the uni- versity, the significations, the problems, the emphasis and measures were discussed according to the characteristics of the university. Now it is time to transform the development mode of the university, so we should promote the change of logistics development mode and provide the support the development of the university at the new time.
