Design of Articulated Steering System of Beach-cleaner

归纳分析了铰接转向几种计算转向阻力矩的方法,介绍了转弯半径和转弯通道宽度的计算,推导出了转向系统压力和油缸参数的计算公式.对沙滩清洁机的铰接转向机构的主要参数进行了设计、计算,计算结果表明各主要性能参数均符合设计要求.

Several calculation methods of articulated lyzed, the method of the calculation for the turning radius steering resistance moment were summarized and ana- and turning channel width were introduced, and the for- mulations of steering system pressure and cylinder parameters were derived. At the same time, the main parame- ters of articulated steering mechanism of beach-cleaner were designed and calculated, and the calculation results in- dicate that the main performance parameters are in accord with the designing requirement.
