祛痰化瘀方对高胆固醇血症大鼠学习记忆及血脂的影响

摘要 目的探讨祛痰化瘀方对高胆固醇血症大鼠学习记忆及血脂的影响。方法大鼠随机分为正常组(普通饲喂养料)12只和高胆固醇饲料喂养组60只,饲喂2周后随机分为5组,每组12只。分别为模型组、中药低、中、高3个剂量组、阿托伐他汀钙片组(立普妥组)(5mg/kg),8周后开始进行行为学实验,采用Morris水迷宫实验测定空间学习、记忆能力。生化法测定血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结果模型组大鼠逃避潜伏期、游泳路程较正常组大鼠明显延长,中药各组、立普妥组避潜伏期、游泳路程较模型组明显缩短(P<0.05)。中药低、中、高3个剂量组、立普妥组之间差异无统计学意义。模型组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C较正常组大鼠明显升高(P<0.05)。中药低、中、高3个剂量组、立普妥组之间差异无统计学意义。结论祛痰化瘀方中药可改善高胆固醇血症模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,降低血清中TC、LDL-C水平。 Objective To explore the effect of Qutan Huayu prescription on learning memory and lipid of hypercholesterolemia rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal group(general feeding food, 12 rats) and 60 rats which after feeding 2 weeks,were randomly divided into 5 groups and 12 rats in each group:high cholesterol diet group,Chinese medicine in low,moderate,high dose group and atorvastatin group (5 mg/kg).After feeding'8 weeks,the morris water maze experiment was used to evaluate spatial learning andmemory ability, biochemical assay to determine serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level. Results The escape latency and swimming distance in hyperlipemia model rats were significantly prolonged than normal rats (P 〈 O.05)~The escape latency and swimming distance was significantly shorter in lipitor and each dose of Chinese medicine group than high fat model group(P 〈 O.05).Compared to high fat model group,the serum TC and LDL-C was significantly elevated in lipitor and each dose of Chinese medicine group(P 〈0.05).Between lipitor and each dose of Chinese medicine group,there was no significant difference. Conclusion Qutan Huayu prrscription can improve the teaming and memory capacity induced hypercholesterolemia,and decrease of serum TC and LDL-C level.
