本文针对粮油仓储信息化建设中存在的急于求成、追求大而全,企图一步到位等不切实际的倾向,在分析在我国粮油仓储业务目前发展阶段的基础上,提出必需尊重信息化发展规律,注重整体设计优化业务流程、构建可独立运行的功能模块、关注用户使用体验、持续改进应用系统等几个环节。并在各级粮油仓储业务流程管理中应用信息化技术提高管理水平,以使的信息化建设发挥实效。

In order to avoid unrealistic notions in informatization construction in cereals and oil storage, such as over - anxiety to get achievements, pursue the large and complete pattern in one step, this paper, on the basis of analyzing the business development stage of our cereals and oil storage in China, puts forward solutions with regards to those critical elements ： respect for the laws of development stage of IT, focus on integrated design in optimizing business process, build function blocks that can operate independently, pay attention to user experience, and continuously improve the application system. Meanwhile, apply IT in cereals and oil storage business process management of all levels as much as possible to realize the actual effectiveness of informatization construction.
