摘要
海因里希事故致因理论在安全生产事故研究方面起着重要的作用,该理论指出了事故发生的主要原因是人的不安全行为,并从因果发生的角度阐明了导致伤亡事故的各种因素之间以及这些因素与伤害之间的关系,但在人的不安全行为的思想因素方面没有进行深入的分析,而安全思想恰恰是事故发生不可忽视的层面,人的思想决定人的心理素质和行为表现。本文通过安全哲学的视野,从安全思想、安全意识及安全文化建构的层面探讨了企业员工的安全观,并通过量化分析构建了企业员工的安全思想模型,以期定量地把握企业员工的安全思想状态,提升企业的整体安全意识,从而实现企业对安全生产的科学管理。
The accident causing theory of W. H. Heinrich plays an important role in the researches of acci- dents in the safety production. This theory points out that the main causes of the accidents are the unsafe behaviors of people, and also discusses the relationship between those causes and accidents. But it does not analyze the effect of people's thoughts of unsafe behavior,so it cannot guide the prevention and control of accidents effectively, because the psychological quality and behaviors are determined by people's thoughts. This paper discusses the safety concept of employees by the way of studying the thought and consciousness of safe production and constructing safety culture in the view of safety philosophy, and establishes a quan tification model of the employees' thoughts of safe production to improve the safety consciousness and real- ize the scientific management of safe production.
