摘要
世界正进入"无纸书籍"学习新时代,电子课本与电子书包悄然迈入教育殿堂。在落实《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》和实施《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011-2020年)》以及教育部近期开展"三通二平台"建设之际,电子课本与电子书包已成为教育信息化的重要抓手。在分析电子课本的国内外研究现状的基础上,阐释了电子课本的生态发展、电子课本发展中的融合、电子课本的产业发展模式等三个方面问题,进而阐述了本研究的意义和价值。并对概念术语表、参考模型、利益相关者组谱、电子课本生态系统和生命周期等方面进行领域研究分析,给出本研究的框架,包括研究内容、基本观点、研究思路。最后从由电子课本的标准研制、产业发展和教育应用三个视角分别进行了深度阐述:从标准研究组织架构、标准体系框架、目前研究进展和电子课本标准研制状况剖析标准研究;从透视标准研究成员单位情况、国内外产业模式研究情况和电子课本商业模式来剖析产业发展;从国内和港澳台地区的教育应用状况,探索电子课本示范应用,并给出总结和展望。
A new learning era is witnessing the“paperless books” , such as e-textbook and e-schoolbag, applied into the education. With China's National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), Ten-year Plan for Educational Information Development (2011-2020), and the plan for “three links and two platforms” ( by the Ministry of Education) carned out, e-textbook and e-Schoolbag become the key tools of educational information. The research status of e- textbook at home and abroad is discussed first, and then proposes three issues including ecological development,industrial mode and integration in the development of e-Textbook, finally significance of this study is swxmarized. Also the definitions list about e- Textbook, reference model of the feld, stakeholder profile, ecological system and life cycle of e-Textbook are included as domain analysis in the paper. The framework of this study includes the research contents, the basic points of view and research ideas. Three aspects of e-Textbook such as standard research, industry development and educational application of e-Textbook are deeply elaborated. This paper analyzes electronic textbook standards from the aspects of standard research organization's architecture, standard's framework, the current standards research progress and status. This paper studies e-Textbook industrial development from the perspective of standards member units, research situation of industrial model and the e-Textbook business model. This paper discusses the e-Textbook demonstration from applications situations of mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions. At last, there is a summary and outlook.
