摘要
该系统通过井下控制主站的决策,对排水设备的运行过程和运行状态进行监测,使排水设备达到最佳工作状态,从而达到节约能源,降低劳动强度,延长设备使用寿命的目的。文章首先介绍了PLC在井下排水自动控制系统设计原理,然后分析了PLC自动控制系统的结构层次,最后探讨了PLC在煤矿主排水泵自动控制系统中的实际应用。
