步兵轻武器夜瞄复合发光材料耐温和耐酸性能研究

摘要 以发光材料为基材研制一种新型步兵轻武器夜瞄复合发光材料。采用100℃高温烘烤2 h,20%盐酸常温浸泡6h的方法对不同配比的夜瞄复合发光材料耐酸及耐温性能进行测试。结果表明,材料经酸腐蚀,高温持续烘烤后无鼓泡、粉化现象,发光性能良好,可满足步兵轻武器日常维护、训练及作战需求。 Based on luminescent materials, a new night sight composite luminescent material which applies to light infantry weapon was prepared. The temperature-resistance and acid-resistance of the composites with different chemical constituent were tested by heating for 2 h at 100 ℃ and immersing for 6 h in 20% hydrochloric acid. The results indicate that the composite luminescent materials still maintain fine luminescent performances without bubbling and powdering after heating and acid- immersion, which can satisfy the need of workaday maintenance, training and campaign of light infantry weapon.
