Study on Life Cycle of Service Part

分析了服务备件生命周期与一般产品生命周期的异同,将服务备件生命周期划分为母产品生命周期和停产承诺服务期,用服务备件需求量、服务备件利润、由生产销售和服务备件组成的系统利润3个主要指标来描述服务备件生命周期的特点。建立数学模型,通过仿真模拟得出服务备件生命周期曲线的形态,分析了3个指标函数的特点,并提出将系统利润为零的时刻作为停产的决策点。

This paper analyzes the similarity and difference between life cycle of service part and life cycle of general product. And it divides the life cycle of service part into product lifecycle and commitment off production. And it uses three indicators, namely service part demand, service part profit and system profit including production sale and service part, to describe the features of life cycle of service part. Then it establishes three mathematical models for three indicators, and simulates the curve shape of life cycle of service part, and analyzes the characteristics of three functions based the simulation. Finally,it considers that the time that system profit is zero should be the discontinued decision point.
