自拟消疡汤治疗脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating weak stomach type PU with the Xiaoyang decoction

目的:观察消疡汤治疗脾胃虚弱型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将200例患者随机分为治疗组106例,口服消疡汤,对照组94例,使用单纯西医三联疗法,两组各治疗4周,观察主要症状、体征、幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除率以及随访1年的复发率。结果:在改善主要症状、体征、复发率及HP根除率方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组总有效率为87.2%,两组比较有显著性差异,(P<0.05)。结论:口服消疡汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著,复发率低,价格低廉,安全可靠。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the Xiaoyang decoction in treating weak stomach type peptic uicer （PLY）. Methods： 200 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 106 cases and the control group of 94 cases, the treatment group was treated with the Xiaoyang decoction, the control group using the simple western triple therapy, both groups for four weeks of treatment, observing the main symptoms, signs, helicobacter pylori （HP） eradication rates, and 1-year follow-up the recurrence rate. Results： The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） in improving the major symptoms, signs, relapse rate and HP eradication rate, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.1%, the total effective rate of the control group was 87.2%, significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xiaoyang decoction had a significant effect in treating PU, low recurrence rate, low price, safe and reliable.
