回顾了河南省农业科学院自1985年开展科技产业发展工作以来在起步、规范、公司制运作、跨越发展等阶段发生的变化和取得的成就,并从加快产业发展条件建设、提高企业竞争能力、增强植物新品种保护及发挥优势产业等方面对下一步发展工作进行了展望。
