"4D"视角能够为分析县域经济发展的现状、问题和对策提供一个系统框架。"4D"包含密度(Density)、距离(Distance)、分割(Division)和多样化(Diversity)或特色化(Difference),对应的发展策略便是提高密度、缩短距离、打破分割、突出特色。在县域经济发展中,应增加市场要素的流动性,给落后地区居民提供更多选择生存空间的便利,打破市场分割、户籍分割和分散发展的局面,在市场一体化、区域一体化中不断提高县域经济的发展速度和发展质量。

The County economy is a hot issue for China＇s regional development, the view of ＂4D＂ （Density, Distance, Division, Difference） can provide a systematic framework to analyze the status of county economy and policy suggestions, such as enhance the density, shortening the distance, breaking the division and creating the characteristic economy in county area. Specifically, in the county economic development, we should increase the liquidity of the market factors, provide more choices of living space for the residents of backward areas, break down the market segmentation, household segmentation and dispersed situation of development in some county areas, promote the integration of national markets and regional cooperation, to continuously improve the speed and quality of county＇s economic development.
