摘要 产业竞争情报产品与服务的细分内容既是产业竞争情报的基本理论问题,也是供给者实际工作需要求解的实践性问题。本文在文献研究基础上,遴选湖南省竞争情报中心、中国产业竞争情报网等6家代表性产业竞争情报产品与服务供给机构,主要基于供给的实际内容和业务管理视角,研究归纳出了产业竞争情报产品与服务9类细分内容,每类内容之下又可以进一部细分。此外,还从产业竞争情报的内容范围和外在表现形式视角出发,根据不同细分标准,对产业竞争情报产品和服务内容进行了另一个角度的细分。从两个视角开展的研究和结果可识别出产业竞争情报产品与服务细分内容的全貌。 Segmentation content system for industry competitive intelligence products and service is not only a theoretical issue in industry competitive intelligence domain, but also has practical significance. Base on literature research, select six typical industry competitive intelligence institutions including Hunan competitive intelligence center, China Competitive Intelligence Network etc. , as study cases. Base research angle of essential content and operation management, this paper find out that segmentation content system of industry competitive intelligence products and service can be classified nine classes, and each class can be segmented further. Base on another research angle of scope and external form, this paper segments the content system of industry competitive intelligence products and service according to various standards. The overall perspective of segmentation content system of industry competitive intelligence products and service can be identified in two research angles.
