P53表达在口腔癌颈部淋巴结微转移的临床应用价值

The clinical application value of P53 expression in oral cancer cervical lymph node micro metastasis

目的:探讨P53在检测口腔癌淋巴结微转移的临床应用价值。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学法检测P53蛋白在32例口腔癌患者中的表达。结果:P53在淋巴结Ⅰ区、Ⅱ区、Ⅲ区与Ⅳ区、V区比较有明显差异。采用P53蛋白表达对口腔癌淋巴结微转移检出率比常规病理检出率高。结论:P53表达对识别早期口腔癌颈部淋巴结微转移有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the clinical application value of p53 expression in detecting oral cancer cervical lymph node micro metastasis. Methods：Expressions of p53 gene in 32 patients with oral cancer were examined by using the SP immunohistochemical method. Results： There was signif- icant difference of P53 in the lymph node region Ⅰ, Ⅱ ,Ⅲ compared with P53 in the lymph node region Ⅳ ,Ⅴ. Oral cancer cervical lymph node metastasis detection rate of using P53 expression were higher than using conventional pathology. Conclusion ： P53 expression have important implications for identif- ying early oral cancer cervical lymph node micro metastasis.
