超临界CO_2萃取薄荷挥发油及其抗氧化能力的研究 被引量:21

The antioxidant capacity of volatile oil from Mentha haplocalyx by supercritical CO_2 extraction method

摘要 应用超临界CO2萃取技术,采用正交实验法对影响薄荷挥发油萃取率大小的萃取压力、萃取温度和CO2流量3个因素进行了研究,得出最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力15MPa,CO2流量40L/h,萃取温度50℃,此工艺条件下的萃取率为3.2%;应用ABTS和FRAP法对薄荷超临界提取物抗氧化能力进行检测,并与水蒸汽蒸馏法萃取的薄荷挥发油抗氧化能力进行对比,结果表明:ABTS法下,薄荷超临界提取物之间的抗氧化能力差异显著,而FRAP法下薄荷超临界CO2提取物之间的抗氧化能力差异不显著,但超临界CO2萃取薄荷挥发油在两种方法下检测的抗氧化能力均强于水蒸汽提取法。 The Volatile oil of Mentha haplocalyx were obtained with supercritical CO 2 , and using the method of orthogonal experiment to study the pressure, temperature and flowrate, according to the experimental, the optimization of extraction conditions was pressure=15 MPa, temperature=50 ℃, and the flow rate of CO 2 =40 L/h, the extraction rate was 3.2%, to detect the antioxidant capacity of volatile oil from Mentha haplocalyx with ABTS and FRAP methods, compared to the stream distillation.The result show that, ABTS method,the significant differences of antioxidant capacity of volatile oil from Mentha haplocalyx by supercritical CO 2 extraction method was high, however, FRAP method, the significant differences of antioxidant capacity was low, but the antioxidant capacity of supercritical CO 2 extraction than the stream distillation with ABTS and FRAP method.
