上海市第十人民医院进行管理机构内部调整,院长办公室和党委办公室合署办公,开创了上海市三级甲等医院党政合署办公的先河,为构建大部门体制,进一步深化医疗机构改革进行了有益的尝试和探索。

The Tenth People＇s Hospital of Shanghai has conducted internal organizational reform, merging the Chinese Communist Party Committee Office and President Office. It is the first such effort among all triple-A hospitals in China, and it is also an exploration conducive to the merger of administrative departments in hospital and to the deepening of the reform of health facilities.
