摘要
通过将二氯苯以及含有助色基团二卤代化合物还原艳橙3RK与硫化钠进行共聚,合成了3种具有特殊性能的聚芳硫醚;通过红外(IR)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对其结构进行了表征,采用差示扫描热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、万能试验机等测试手段对其热性能和力学性能进行了探索。结果表明,所合成的聚合物不仅具有比聚苯硫醚(PPS)高的热稳定性和机械性能,而且在不同酸性条件下会显示不同的颜色。
Three kinds of color-changing poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS) were synthesized by the reaction of dihalogenated monomer and sodium sulfide(Na2S·xH2O) via nucleophilic substitution polymerization under high pressure.The polymers were characterized by FT-IR spectrum,X-ray diffraction,DSC,TGA,mechanical test and dissolvability experiment.These polymers were found to have good thermal performance.At the same time the resultant resins had high tensile strength and compressive strength.Also they showed a special property whose bright shine colors changed into different colors in the acid solution.
