摘要
针对公路隧道施工坍塌事故多发的情况,首次采用新材料(超高分子量聚乙烯材料)对公路隧道施工应急救援通道进行了设计研究。结合人体工程学原理,根据Hertz接触力学理论,采用Thornton假设,对新型应急救援通道的结构尺寸进行了优化,并对通道的连接方式进行了设计。最后,通过抗冲击性试验,对超高分子量聚乙烯通道应用于公路隧道施工应急救援的可靠性进行了验证。试验结果表明,超高分子量聚乙烯通道结构尺寸合理,安全可靠,可应用于公路隧道施工应急救援。
For the collapse of the tunnel in the highway construction is frequent and multiple, new materials are used (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) to design the emergency rescue passage in highway tunnel con- struction. Based on Hertz contact theory and the Thornton assumption, the Ergonomic principles, it optimizes the structure and size of the new emergency rescue passage are optimized, and the connection is designed. Finally, it verifies the reliability of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene passage used in emergency rescue of highway tunnel construction by the impact resistance test. The results show that the structure size of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene passage is reasonable, safe and reliable, meanwhile it can be applied to the emergency rescue of the highway tunnel construction.
