摘要
采用炭布与预氧丝网胎交替叠层针刺成预制体 ,经 CVI与 HPIC相结合的致密工艺及石墨化处理制取高密度 (1.80 g/ cm3~ 1.85 g/ cm3) C/ C复合材料。所及材料的微观结构 ,力学、热学和烧蚀性能均达到国际同类刹车盘 C/ C材料的先进水平 ,是一种有广阔应用前景的烧蚀分离燃气舵材料。
The carbon cloth and preoxidated felt were laminated alternately and then needled using carbon fiber in Z direction to prepare the prefab of C/C composite, from which the high density (1.80 g/cm 3~1.85 g/cm 3) C/C composite was made by the technology of chemical vapor infiltration (CVI), and pitch high pressure impregnation carbonization (HPIC) and graphitization. It is shown that the microstructure, mechanical and themral properties as well as ablative behaviours of the obtained material are the same level compared with foreign brake plate C/C composite. It could be a kind of ablation fallaway material for SRM jet vane and have good application prospect.
