摘要
[目的]观察不同时间口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备的效果。[方法]将180例结肠镜检查病人随机分为A组、B组、C组,每组60例,A组检查前1d20:00服用2盒复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,B组检查当天06:00服用2盒复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,C组检查前1d20:00及检查当天06:00各服用1盒复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备。比较3组病人肠道清洁度和主观耐受度。[结果]3组病人肠道准备均符合要求,3组病人肠道清洁程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组病人主观耐受度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组优良率高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。[结论]检查前1d20:00及检查当天06:00各服用1盒复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备的效果满意,不良反应小、病人易于接受,是比较理想的结肠镜前肠道准备方法。
Objective: To observe the effect of oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder at different time for bowel preparation. Methods.A total of 180 colonoscopy patients were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C,60 cases in each,group A patients took 2 boxes of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation at 20.00 on 1 day before the check, group B patients took 2 boxes of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation at 06.00 on the day of the check,group C patients took 1 box of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation respectively at 06.00 on the day of the check and 20.00 on 1 d before the check, then to compare the intestinal cleanliness and subjective tolerance of patients among the three groups. Resuits. The bowel preparation complied with the requirements in 3 groups of patients, there was no statistically significant difference in intestinal cleanli- ness among 3 groups (P〉0.05);there was statistically significant difference in subjective tolerance of patients among three groups (P〈0.05),excellent rate of group C patients was higher than that of group A and group B (P〈0.05). Conclusion: It has the satisfying effect to take a box of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for bowel preparation respectively at 06.00 on the day of the check and 20:00 on 1 d before inspection,and its adverse reactions is little, patients easily accepted it, so it is ideal bowel preparation before colonoscopy.
