摘要
以端氨基聚醚和端环氧基聚醚硅油为反应原料、异丙醇为溶剂,在80℃下反应7~8 h合成三元共聚硅油,测定了其理化性能,并对羊绒针织物进行浸渍柔软整理,以织物手感和增深黄变效果为评判标准,对整理剂的用量、浸渍时间和浸渍温度进行了优化。结果表明:端氨基聚醚与端环氧基聚醚硅油质量比为1∶10.5时所合成的三元共聚硅油具有良好的物理化学稳定性,且经其处理后的羊绒织物手感最好。并得出最佳整理工艺为整理剂用量2%(owf),浸渍时间40 min,浸渍温度50℃,浴比1∶20。
With amino-terminated polyether (ATPE) and epoxide-terminated polyether silicones (ETPES) as reaction materials, and isopropyl alcohol(IPA) as solvent, the terpolymer silicone oil used for the soft finish of cashmere knitting was synthesized under the condition of 80~C after 7 -8 hours,and its physical and chemical abilities were tested. The handle, deeping and yellowing of the fabric were used as judge standard, the dosage of finishing agent, impregnating time and temperature were optimized. It was found that the terpolymer silicone oil had a good physical and chemical stability and the best feeling was obtained when the mass ratio of ATPE and ETPES was 1 : 10.5. The best finishing process was as follows:the dosage of finishing agent 2% (owf), dipping time 40min, dipping temperature 50℃, bath ratio 1 : 20.
