摘要
2011年,华南农业大学图书馆以价值营销理论为指导,进行了读者满意度调查,文章针对调查结果,分析总结影响读者满意度的各项原因,结合具体业务服务工作,探讨增强读者满意度、提升图书馆效益的举措。
In this article,guided by the theory of value marketing,Library of South China Agricultural University has been investigated readers' satisfaction in 2011,summarized the reasons that affected the readers' satisfaction.Combining the specific business,this article puts forward the strategy to enhance the readers' satisfaction and improve the library effectiveness.
