摘要
通过对漯河至阜阳增建二线的赵寨颍河铁路双线特大桥工程所用Q370q-E钢进行焊接分析,并对各种焊接接头和焊接方法做了具体详细的焊接工艺评定试验。焊接工艺评定的试验结果表明:所选用的焊接材料合理可行,各项力学性能均满足设计和TB10212-2009《铁路钢桥制造规范》的要求,保证了焊接接头低温冲击,大大提高了焊缝抗脆断性能,为焊接工艺评定及焊接工艺的科学制定提供了参考。
It analyzed the welding of Q370q-E steel used for Zhaozhaiying river double track bridge from Luohe river to Fuyang where will be build the second line, and the detailed and specific welding procedure qualification tests were performed for different welded joints and welding procedures. The test results showed that the welding material used were reasonable and feasible, and all the mechanical properties met the requirements of design and the Code for Fabrication of Railway Steel Bridges(TB 10212-2009),and which guaranteed the cryogenic impact of welded joints, greatly improved the anti-brittle fracture ability of welding seam. So these provided reference for welding procedure qualification and establishment.
