摘要
概述了吸油树脂的主要聚合方法、致孔技术、缓释性能、脱油和再生方法。采用交联共聚合致孔和溶剂致孔技术制备多孔吸油树脂可提高吸油树脂的吸油速率;引发剂、交联剂、溶剂溶解度参数、油分子大小等影响吸油树脂的缓释性能。采用加水蒸馏法、溶剂萃取法、表面活性剂法可对吸油树脂进行脱油和再生,再生性能用回收率和脱油率表征。从吸油树脂的结构、提高吸油树脂吸油倍率和吸油速率及吸油树脂后处理三个方面对吸油树脂的研究进行了展望。
The authors summarized main polymerization technologies,pore-forming technologies,sustained release property,deoiling and reuse methods of oil absorbing resins.The oil absorption rate of oil absorbing resins could be increased by the preparation of porous oil absorbing resins via crosslinking copolymerization and porogenic solvent.The sustained release property of oil adsorbing resins was influenced by the initiator,crosslinking agent,solubility parameters and oil molecular size,etc.The deoiling and reuse of oil absorbing resins were carried out by means of water distillation,solvent extraction and surface-active agent methods,and the reusability was characterized with recovery ratio and deoiling ratio.The study on oil absorbing resins was envisioned from the aspects of the structure of oil absorbing resins,the improvement in oil absorptivity and the rate of oil absorbing of oil absorbing resins and the post-treatment of oil absorbing resins.
