摘要 制备了高温高盐油藏堵水调剖用环氧树脂/酚醛树脂,并对其进行性能评价。结果表明,堵水调剖用环氧树脂/酚醛树脂在145℃下养护30 d,抗压强度仍达7.76 MPa;在矿化度160 g/L盐水中,养护时间为24 h,7 d后封堵率在96%以上;养护时间为2.5 h内,黏度小于1 000 mPa.s,养护时间为3.0 h时,黏度达1 500 mPa.s;4 000 r/min下搅拌30 min后,黏度下降8.33%,24 h后抗压强度达2.36 MPa。 An epoxy resin/phenolic resin system for water shutoff and profile control in high temperature and high salt content oil reservoirs was prepared. According to the test results, the compression strength of this epoxy resin/phenolic resin system remains 7.76 MPa after it is cured at 145 ℃ for 30 d, the plugging rate of this epoxy resin/phenolic resin system is higher than 96% 7 days after it is cured in the salt water of the salinity of 160 g/L for 24 h, its viscosity is smaller than 1 000 mPa · s after it is cured for less than 2.5 h and reaches 1 500 mPa · s after it is cured for 3.0 h, and its viscosity drops by 8.33% after it is agitated at the speed of 4 000 r/min for 30 min with its compression strength reaching 2.36 MPa 24 hours later.
