摘要
高压电气产品中,活塞杆和接头类零件属于关键零件,且应用较多,这类零件属于长轴类带法兰件,目前,采用的加工方式是用棒料直接加工成形,材料利用率低,工艺性差。笔者分析了活塞杆和接头类零件的形状特点,认为采用双肘杆镦锻工艺制坯,解决了材料浪费问题,降低了零件制造成本,提高了零件抗拉强度。阐述了双肘杆镦锻模具设计、成形工艺、热处理工艺等方面的内容。
Piston rods and connector-type parts are critical parts in high-voltage electrical products. These parts belong to'long axis with flange' class, and the existing shape-forming process is of directly machining bar with low material utilization and efficiency. In this paper, shape features of the piston rods and connector-type parts are analyzed, and double elbow-bar upsetting technique is suggested to save material, shorten processing time, reduce manufacturing costs and increase tensile intensity of the parts. Moreover, the design of double elbow-bar upsetting mold, the molding process, and the heat treatment are discussed.
