无气腹悬吊式腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的手术配合

目的:探讨悬吊式腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的临床应用价值,总结32例无气腹悬吊式腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的手术护理配合,进一步提高手术护理配合质量,保证手术顺利进行。方法:分析32例悬吊式腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的护理配合要点,各种器械设备的维护和保养及手术配合注意事项,充分估计可能发生的意外,做到有备无患。结果:32例手术全部成功。结论:悬吊式腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术做到了开腹手术与腹腔镜手术的完美结合,不仅能增加手术的安全性,大大减轻医护工作强度,而且手术配合到位,手术医生、患者均满意,是一种较为理想的治疗子宫肌瘤的微创手术[1]。
