光固化灯类型对光固化树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀剪切强度的影响

摘要 目的寻找合适的针对RMGIC的光固化灯的类型以便获得好的粘接强度及简便的操作方法。方法设计两组实验研究不同光固化灯类型对光固化RMGIC剪切强度的影响。结果发光二极管组抗剪切强度与对照组(传统复合树脂釉质粘接剂)强度无统计学差异,此两组剪切强度高于两卤素灯组(P<0.001)。结论采用免酸蚀法-发光二极管型光固化灯进行四周照射可以达到与传统复合树脂相近的粘接强度;而采用卤素灯照射需要酸蚀后粘接托槽。
